You have different compliance requirements in different locales/markets, so that introduces additional overhead and headaches. Car rental might be a more obvious niche for them to go after, but it is a very fragmented industry. The 800lb gorrilla is of course anti-trust. History shows that when G decides it wants your backyard ... you tend to end up out in the cold. The only thing I see that could save them is if they all merge and combine resources, talent and ideas ... else in a years time, there's going to be far fewer hotel service sites out there.]]></description>
